  While Dr Owens himself is a great person...this place is terrible. I was told I needed an MRI, which would have to go through insurance which is fine...until two weeks go by and I still havent heard from the office whether it was approved or not, so I called the office myself. "I haven't gotten to it yet, I plan to get to it this afternoon"...two more weeks pass and I hear nothing. After five weeks total since my initial appointment I got a letter from my insurance informing me that it was denied...so I wait for the office to call me and let me know. Finally got a call about four days after getting the letter, she doesn't mention why it was denied, and says I need to get xrays. I ask them to send them to the hospital of my choice and wait about an hour before leaving work to get them done. When I get to the hospital the order still isn't there for another half hour, so I missed hours at work waiting for this. I left work early for my follow up appointment and sat in the waiting room for an hour before deciding to leave without being seen. They definitely need to improve on communication with patients. All of this should've been completed weeks ago and here I am, still in pain.
