  At first everything seemed ok. My wife had an appointment to have her wisdom teeth removed. We got there 20 minutes early and they had us fill out all the paper work, pay the co-pay, and have a seat. They told us they'd be with us shortly. After we had been there for about 50 minutes I asked the receptionist how long it was going to be before we were seen and they replied "We're running about an hour behind". Ok, so we have a seat and wait another hour. At this time we have been there about two hours and are an hour and 30 minutes past when our appointment was. Once again I go ask what is going on. At this time they tell me it’s going to be about another hour and that they are short staffed today. By now I am furious about being lied to. If a doctor had not come in today for any reason they would have known first thing in the morning and all day they would have been behind. Why didn’t they call me and let me know that they were short staffed and reschedule the appointment, or let me know it was going to be delayed. I would have been ok with either option and been happy. They didn’t do that however and they didn’t even tell me when we checked in that they were running late. They just expected me to lose half a day or work and pay someone for childcare because they don’t know the first thing about customer service. I know people that have gone here before to have wisdom teeth removed and they didn't have any problems, however this place did not impress me once bit.
